Open the underseat compartment, unscrew the battery screws and remove it, then remove the entire seat and underseat compartment. This way, you can access the carburettor and see the choke that blocks the flow. This choke needs to be removed simply by popping it out of its seat. Remember to lubricate the carburettor before reassembling everything. Remove the variator cover and unscrew the central bolt of the plate. Set aside the washer related to the nut, remove the plate and then the half-pulley. At this point, you can remove the lock, reassemble the half-pulley and the plate, screw on the nut, and close everything up.
