How do you replace the Gilera DNA 50 variator?

In order to replace the Gilera DNA 50 variator, you need to open the transmission casing, which is located at the rear wheel, on the left side of the bike. Once the crankcase cover has been opened by unscrewing the fixing bolts, it will be possible to unscrew the central nut of the variator, so that it can be removed from its housing and freed from the transmission belt. In this way it will be possible to insert the new variator, fixing it with the relative nut, inserting the belt and fixing the casing.

Replace the muffler silencer of the Benelli Trk 502

In today's video tutorial we will see the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble the silencer or the entire muffler of the Benelli Trk 502. First we put our bike on the central stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the silencer bracket; we remove the spring to remove the latter from the exhaust manifold, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to install the new muffler silencer, fixing it correctly on the brackets; to replace the manifold too, just unscrew the nuts fixed on the cylinder, following the video to the end!
