In this guide, we will see the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the transmission belt of the Gilera Runner 50 scooter. First of all, we put our scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing the fastening screws of the transmission cover; then we unscrew the fan nut and the clutch bell nut, subsequently removing the transmission belt and the variator, as shown in the video. At this point, we proceed to install the new variator and the new transmission belt, as well as the original one, finally reassembling the entire transmission!

Replace the muffler silencer of the Benelli Trk 502

In today's video tutorial we will see the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble the silencer or the entire muffler of the Benelli Trk 502. First we put our bike on the central stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the silencer bracket; we remove the spring to remove the latter from the exhaust manifold, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to install the new muffler silencer, fixing it correctly on the brackets; to replace the manifold too, just unscrew the nuts fixed on the cylinder, following the video to the end!
