To replace the rear shock absorber on a Gilera Runner 125, first loosen the screws securing the exhaust to its housing and completely remove it. Once the exhaust is removed, you can loosen the bolt securing the shock absorber at its lower end, near the rear swingarm.

The upper bolt can be removed by opening the underseat compartment and detaching the corresponding panels at the rear.

After removing the old shock absorber, insert the new one, ensuring everything functions correctly.
