How do you replace the stator of the Gilera DNA 50?

In order to replace the stator of the Gilera DNA 50, you need to loosen the screws that fix the engine block to its supports: once this has been removed, you can proceed by loosening the screws that fix the side cover, removing it completely from its seat. At this point, you can locate the stator underneath, which can be removed from its housing and replaced with a new spare part. After the replacement, you can reattach the aforementioned cover to ensure that everything works correctly.

How do you disassemble the engine of the TM Racing SMR 125?

In order to disassemble the engine of the TM Racing SMR 125 you must first of all remove it from its housing: to do this it will be necessary to unscrew the screws that secure the saddle and the side panels of the bike, removing them completely. Once these parts have been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the screws that secure the side casing containing the stator: this will then have to be removed and the additional screws that secure the motor to its housing will have to be unscrewed in turn. The engine can then be extracted from its seat and disassembled by unscrewing all the screws that fix the two crankcase halves that compose it, accessing all its internal components.
