How do you perform a fork review on the Gilera Runner 125?

In order to perform the fork revision on the Gilera Runner 125, you first need to remove the fork from its housing: to do this, you will need to loosen the bolts that secure the central axle of the front wheel, so that the wheel can be removed after loosening the bolts that secure the brake caliper. Then you can proceed by loosening the screws that secure the fork to the handlebar, detaching it completely: then the fork can be opened, removing the springs inside and draining all the oil, which will need to be replaced.

Kawasaki Z750 coolant replacement

Let's see below, in this short and simple guide, how to bleed and replace the coolant of the Kawasaki Z750 motorcycle. First of all we put our bike on the stand and start unscrewing the bleed screw that we find on the water pump casing; let all the coolant drain for about ten minutes in a container, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to unscrew the radiator cap, going to top up with the new fluid (suitable for our radiator); we just have to fill up to the maximum level!
