To service the fork on a Gilera Runner 125, first remove the fork from its housing: to do this, loosen the bolts securing the front wheel's axle so that the wheel can be removed after loosening the bolts securing the brake caliper. Next, loosen the screws that attach the fork to the handlebars, completely detaching it. The fork can now be opened, removing the springs inside and draining all the oil, which will need to be replaced.
