To dismantle the engine block of the Gilera DNA 50, first loosen the screws securing the engine block to its supports. By loosening these screws, you will also be able to disconnect the connectors related to the sensors and subsequently disconnect the intake and exhaust pipes.

At this point, you can loosen the screws that secure the cylinder to the top of the engine, removing it along with the piston and the underlying connecting rod. You will now have access to the additional internal components of the engine, which may be replaced if necessary.
