In order to replace the rearview mirrors of the Harley Davidson Heritage, you need to loosen the screws located at the bottom of both mirrors: once these nuts have been loosened, you can grab the mirror and turn it counterclockwise so that it can be removed from its seat.

At this point, you can position the new mirrors in their seat, screw them clockwise, and insert the nut at the bottom; once the new mirror is fixed, you can adjust it according to your needs.
