To replace the exhaust on a Harley Davidson Sportster 1200, you will need to loosen the screws that secure the exhaust tip to its housing, located on the right side of the bike: once the mounting screws are loosened, you can open the connecting clamp between the exhaust and the collector. This will allow you to insert the new exhaust tip for securing: then connect it to the exhaust collector and check that everything is functioning.
