In today's guide, you will discover the main steps to remove and replace the battery on a Harley Davidson Sportster motorcycle. First, remove the seat from your motorcycle; then unclip the side plastic cover to access the battery compartment, disconnecting the electrical cables as shown in the video.

At this point, disconnect the two battery terminals (positive and negative) and remove the battery from its compartment; simply replace it with a new one of the correct type and the same amperage, following the video tutorial to the end for reassembly!
