Some users have found difficulty in opening the cap with the key provided as standard by Harley Davidson, often because they have not carefully read the attached instructions. The procedure is slightly different from that of common key caps supplied with cars, but it is not complicated at all. Slide the protective plate with the HD logo, hold the cap steady with two fingers and insert the key into the lock, rotate it about a quarter turn until it stops, return it to its original position and remove it. Turn the entire cap to the left and unscrew it from the spout. To close it, simply insert it and rotate clockwise until it clicks.

We see below the step-by-step instructions that will allow us to replace the engine oil, carrying out the routine maintenance service, of the Sym Jet 14 150 scooter. First of all we put the central stand to our scooter and start unscrewing the oil vent bolt which we find under the engine, letting it drain in a container for about ten minutes; then we clean the vent plug thoroughly before screwing it on. Now unscrew the filler screw and top up again, using the oil with the right characteristics (indicated in the use and maintenance booklet).
