In this tutorial we can see how to replace the engine oil in the Honda VFR 1200F, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to be cold enough, then we remove the lower fairing and place a container underneath the motorcycle. We then locate the drain plug, unscrew it using a 17mm socket wrench and let all the oil in the system drain out. At this point, all that's left to do is to unscrew the old filter, tighten both the replacement and the plug, and pour the necessary amount of oil through the designated hole.

This short video will show you how to carry out the routine maintenance service by replacing the engine oil and oil filter on the Aprilia RSV 1000 motorcycle.
