To disassemble the engine of the Gilera DNA 125, first you will need to loosen the screws located at the supports, in the central lower part of the frame: then proceed by loosening the screws that fix the intake and exhaust manifolds and also disconnect the corresponding connectors. Once these components have been removed, it will be possible to proceed by loosening the screws that fix the cylinder head and the cylinder, thus accessing the piston: this must be detached from its connecting rod, in order to identify the crankshaft and any other components to be replaced.
