To remove the engine from a Gilera DNA 125, first disconnect it from its housing by unscrewing the bolts that secure it in place and disconnecting all relevant pipes and connectors. At this point, you can remove the engine block from its housing by loosening the bolts that secure the cylinder.

Once the cylinder is removed, detach the piston from the corresponding connecting rod and proceed to open the lower half of the engine block. You can then replace all necessary components and reassemble the engine.

How to Remove the Engine from the KTM XC-W 300?
