To dismantle the transmission of a Honda SH 125, you need to open the protective cover by removing all the securing bolts. At this point, loosen the nut that secures the clutch bell: once the nut is removed, you can slide off the bell and consequently the clutch and the torque driver. This will allow you to slide off part of the belt; the other side of the belt will be accessible after removing the variator, which can be slid off by also removing its central pin. Once all pieces are removed, you can replace them.

How to Replace the Air Filter on a Harley Davidson Dyna?
