To replace the rollers in the Honda SH 300 variator, loosen the bolts securing the cover located near the rear wheel on the right side of the motorcycle. This will allow you to remove the cover and access the variator: by loosening its central pin, you can remove it and also slide off the belt after removing the clutch bell. Once all transmission components have been removed, you can replace them with spare parts and reseal everything with the cover.
