How do you replace the belt of the Honda Vision 110?

To replace the belt on the Honda Vision 110, you need to loosen the bolts that secure the cover of the crankcase located near the rear wheel, on the left side of it: by removing the cover, you will be able to access its underlying components. Here, it will be necessary to loosen the central nut that secures the variator and the one that secures the clutch bell: in this way, both parts can be removed and the belt can be removed, which must be replaced with a new one. After removal, it will be possible to insert the new one and reassemble all the previously removed components.

Today we will see, in this short and simple guide, how to replace the transmission oil of the Piaggio Vespa Px 125, but also of the Lml Star 125 2-stroke. First of all we put the central stand and we start to unscrew the oil vent bolt of the transmission, which we find on the right side casing; to do this we use a 10 mm socket wrench, letting the oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler screw, in order to let the oil flow more quickly; then we finally top up, following the video to the end!
