How do you replace the variator of the Honda Vision 110?

In order to replace the variator of the Honda Vision 110, you need to loosen the screws that hold the transmission cover panel: once this is removed, you will be able to locate the underlying transmission components. The central nut of the variator can then be loosened, so that it is completely removed from its seat; after removal, you can install the new replacement part by repositioning the belt around it and securing it with the central nut. After installation, you will need to cover everything with the panel and verify its functionality.

First of all we put the stand on our motorbike and we begin to lift the front wheel from the ground; after which we unscrew the fixing screws of the brake caliper, in order to remove it from the disc, as shown in the video. At this point we unscrew the central pin of the wheel, in order to remove it; then let's proceed with the replacement of the front tire, following the video tutorial to the end!
