To replace the variator on the Honda Vision 110, loosen the screws securing the transmission cover panel. Once removed, you will be able to access the underlying transmission components.

Loosen the central nut of the variator to completely remove it from its housing. After removal, install the new replacement part, repositioning the belt around it and securing it with the central nut. After installation, cover everything with the panel and check its operation.
