How do you remove the cardan shaft of the BMW R 1200 GS?

In order to remove the cardan shaft from the BMW 1200 GS, you need to loosen the screws that fix the muffler, so that it is removed together with the rear wheel: the latter will also be removed by unscrewing the five screws that fix it to the swingarm. At this point it will be necessary to detach the brake caliper by unscrewing the fixing bolts and removing the rear part of the swingarm itself. Inside, it will be possible to identify the cardan shaft, which will then have to be extracted and replaced with a new spare part; after the replacement it will be possible to reassemble all the previously removed components.

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
