To change the motor oil of a KTM Duke 390, start by placing the motorcycle on a flat surface and lifting it with a stand to ensure stability. First of all, remove the oil filler cap, located on the top of the engine, to facilitate drainage. Next, unscrew the oil drain plug, located under the engine, and let the used oil drain completely into a container. Once the oil has drained out, replace the drain plug and tighten it securely. Then, remove the oil filter, using a specific wrench, and replace it with a new one. At this point, fill the engine with new oil, being careful to follow the recommended quantities and specifications in the motorcycle manual. Check the oil level with the dipstick and, if necessary, add more oil. Finally, replace the filler cap and start the engine for a few minutes to check for leaks and ensure the level is correct.
