Today, let's see how to perform routine maintenance by changing the engine oil and oil filter on the Triumph Speed Triple 1050. First, place your bike on a stand and start unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then use the appropriate tool to unscrew and remove the oil filter cartridge, as shown in the video.

At this point, screw on and gently tighten the new oil filter, and finally top up with new oil!
