This video shows how to permanently fix the problem of the seat on the Forza 300 that doesn't close properly. Remove the plastic cover of the lock (after removing the seat) and you will see that the hook barely engages; it doesn't fit well into the lock, so the closure isn't optimal. You will need a 10mm socket, two unthreaded 10mm bolts, and some thread lock. Remove the bolts, then insert the unthreaded bolts to create spacing, and apply thread lock. Screw into the plate; this will increase the thickness of the plate, allowing the lock to fit completely into the housing.
