How to Reset the Service Light on a 2018 Honda Civic

In this article, we will see how to reset the service light on a 2018 Honda Civic. No tools are required for this operation, and it is recommended to perform this procedure only after having the service completed. To reset the light, turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine, then press the Trip button located on the right side of the cluster until the oil life light appears. Once reached, press and hold the button for about 10 seconds; the light will start to flash, then release the button and press it again for about 5 seconds to confirm the reset. Wait for the procedure to complete, release the button, and restart the cluster to verify that the procedure was successful.
