Replacing the tail lights on the Honda Fit is done through a specific access point from inside the trunk. Therefore, there is no need to disassemble the housing, which avoids the risk of damaging it during the process. Once the rear hatch is open, you can use the car key or a flathead screwdriver to pry open the access cover for the bulbs on the side where you need to make the replacement. This way, you can extract the bulb holder you need, disconnecting the connector if necessary, and change the burnt-out bulb.
