In order to replace the exhaust pipe of the KTM FS 450, you need to loosen the screws that secure the side panel of the fender, located on the left side of the motorcycle. Once this panel has been removed, you will be able to locate the exhaust pipe underneath. The exhaust pipe can be removed from its seat by unscrewing the screws that attach it to the supports, so that the ring connecting the exhaust pipe to the collector can be widened; at this point, you can install the new exhaust terminal, connecting it to the collector and securing it to the appropriate side supports.
