To replace the piston on the Husaberg 125 EXC, loosen the screws securing the side panels at the bottom of the bike. Once these panels are removed, you will have access to the engine inside. Disconnect the coil and remove the spark plug to take off the cylinder from the top of the engine block. This will allow you to detach the piston from the connecting rod by widening the ring and sliding out the pin. Then, insert the new piston, connecting it to the rod and reassembling all the other components that were removed.
