How do you replace the piston on the Husaberg 125 EXC?

The replacement of the piston of the Husaberg 125 ESC is carried out by loosening the screws which fix the lateral fairings in the lower part of the bike: once these fairings have been detached, it will be possible to have access to the engine which is located inside. By disconnecting the coil and extracting the spark plug, it is possible to remove the cylinder in the upper part of the engine block: in this way the piston located inside it can be detached from the connecting rod by enlarging the ring and removing the pin. Then the new piston can be inserted, connecting it to the connecting rod and assembling all the further removed components.

How to change the engine oil of Derbi Fds

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
