First, assemble the engine transmission by installing the gear ratios and then the clutch assembly; after that, install the engine's thermal part by reassembling the crankshaft and then the cylinder head assembly (including piston, cylinder, and head), as shown in the video.

At this point, install the stator and flywheel, as well as the electrical components of the engine, following the video tutorial to the end for reassembly!

How to Remove the Engine from the KTM XC-W 300?

To remove the engine from the KTM XC-W 300, loosen the bolts that secure it to its housing in the centre of the frame: once the support bolts are removed, proceed to loosen the bolts securing the exhausts and then disconnect all related connectors.
