In order to disassemble the engine of the Husqvarna SM 510 R, you need to loosen the screws that secure the block to its housing: the latter must be released not only from the support screws but also from those of the manifolds and the cables related to the sensors. Once the engine block has been completely removed, it will be possible to loosen the screws that secure the cylinder, removing it as well and accessing the piston inside it: this can now be detached from the connecting rod in order to access all the components near the crankshaft, replacing any necessary parts.
