How do you replace the piston on the Husqvarna SM 125?

To replace the piston of the Husqvarna SM 125 you must first open the coolant drain plug and collect it in a tank. Then it will be necessary to remove the spark plug and loosen the clamps of the water pipes. The next step will be to detach the radiator pipes and the valve vent pipes: at this point it will be possible to remove the valve mechanism cover and the mechanism itself, as shown in the video. After having removed the fixing screws of the head and the relative gaskets, it will be possible to slide out the pin and remove the piston, replacing it with a new spare part.

In order to replace the engine oil of the Yamaha Tà © nà © rà © 700 it is necessary to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate located in the lower part in front of the bike: once this has been removed, it will be possible to access the components underlying. Here you will find the drain plug, which must be unscrewed by collecting all the oil inside a container; above the drain plug you will also find the oil filter, which can be extracted and replaced with a new one. After having covered everything with the skid plate, you can top up by inserting the oil into the hole in the crankcase located on the left side of the bike.
