To dismantle the engine of the Husqvarna SM 125, you need to loosen the bolts that secure the engine block to its housing located at the centre of the frame. Once all connectors are disconnected and the bolts securing the pipes are loosened, you can remove the engine from its position.

Proceed by loosening the bolts that secure the cylinder, removing it, and locating the piston underneath. The piston can now be freed by detaching it from the conrod, and then removing the crankshaft and any other components.

After reassembling everything and installing it, you can check its functionality.
