In order to disassemble the engine of the Husqvarna SM 125, you need to loosen the screws that secure the engine block to its housing located in the center of the frame; once all connectors are disconnected and the screws holding the tubes are loosened, it will be possible to remove the engine from its seat: you can now proceed by loosening the screws that secure the cylinder, removing it and identifying the underlying piston. The piston can now be freed by disconnecting it from the connecting rod, then removing the crankshaft and any other components. By then assembling everything and installing it, you can verify its operation.
