To change the engine oil on a Kymco Xtown 300, loosen the drain plug of the oil reservoir, located at the central lower part of the bike: once loosened, you can collect the engine oil in a suitably positioned container. After all the oil has drained, you can also remove the oil filter from underneath and replace it with a new spare part; then, top up by adding the new oil through the filler located on the right side of the bike, near the exhaust.

How to Remove the Final Drive from a BMW R 1200 GS?

To remove the final drive from a BMW R 1200 GS, loosen the bolts securing the exhaust so it can be removed along with the rear wheel. The rear wheel will also be removed by unscrewing the five bolts that secure it to the swingarm. Next, detach the brake caliper by unscrewing the mounting bolts and remove the rear part of the swingarm.
