How do you replace the engine oil of the Triumph Trophy 900?

In order to replace the engine oil of the Triumph Trophy 900, you need to unscrew the drain plug of the oil tank, located in the central lower part of the motorcycle. Once this plug has been loosened, you can collect all the used oil inside a properly positioned container. Next to the drain plug, you can also find the oil filter, which needs to be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new replacement piece. Once these operations are completed, you can perform the top-up from the vent located on the left side of the motorcycle.

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
