To replace the timing chain on the Husqvarna SMS 630, loosen the protective cover located on the left side of the bike, just below the exhaust manifold. Once this cover is removed, you will be able to access the underlying timing chain, which must be removed from the appropriate sprockets so that it can be replaced with a new spare part. After the replacement, check that the new chain has been fitted correctly, and then refit the engine side cover.
