How to reset the "Service" light on a Hyundai Elantra?

To reset the "Service" light on a Hyundai Elantra, you need to turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine. Locate the button under the instrument panel, designed to access the maintenance menu.

Hold down this button until the menu for scheduled services appears on the display. Once the menu is visible, use the same command to scroll to the option that allows you to reset the service reminder.

After selecting this function, press the button again to confirm the reset. The system will proceed to restore the parameters, thus turning off the light.

To verify that the process has been completed correctly, turn off and turn on the instrument panel. If the message is no longer displayed, it means that the reset was successful and the car is ready to monitor the next maintenance intervals without further notifications.
