Unscrew the bolts securing the rear brake caliper. As they can be quite tight, use a small tube to leverage the Allen key if possible; otherwise, they will be difficult to remove. Once done, pull the caliper off the disc and remove the pads from the caliper, possibly using a small flat screwdriver for assistance. While you’re at it, clean the entire braking area. The new pads will obviously be much thicker than the ones removed, so if you cannot fit them into the caliper, widen their seats with a flat screwdriver. Refit the caliper.
