As we can see in this tutorial, removing the seat on the Kawasaki Ninja 250 is an extremely simple and quick operation. First, unscrew the two screws securing the plastic side panels, then remove them by disengaging the respective internal clips.

After that, having gained access to the seat fixing screws, proceed to unscrew them with the same screwdriver used earlier. At this point, you can grab the seat and lift it upwards.

To install the replacement, simply follow the exact reverse procedure.
