In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble the muffler silencer on a Keeway Superlight 150, following these simple steps. First of all we place our bike on the stand and hit the internal silencer of the muffler with a punch and hammer, in order to break it; in this way we will be able to extract it later with pliers, as shown in the video. Then proceed with removing the other exhaust silencer; It is important to know that this is an irreversible procedure, except by reassembly by welding or by replacing the internal muffler.

How do you replace the clutch on the GasGas EC 300?

In order to replace the GasGas EC 300 clutch, loosen the bolts that secure the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike, in correspondence with the crank arm. Once the crankcase cover has been removed, it will be possible to access the underlying components: here you will find the clutch which must be removed from its housing by loosening the bolts that secure the discs. Then it will be possible to insert the new clutch inside its housing, fixing it appropriately and closing it with the relevant crankcase cover.
