To remove the engine from a Keeway RCS 125, you need to loosen the screws that secure the side protection panels of the fairing, allowing access to the engine block underneath: this must be freed from its supports by loosening the screws that secure it. Once the engine is released from its position, disconnect all connectors related to the sensors; then, you can also detach the intake and exhaust pipes.

At this point, you can insert the new engine block, securing and connecting it appropriately.
