How do you open the fuel door on a Kia Sportage?

Model: Kia Sportage QL, MK 4 - Years 2016-2022

In this video we will see how to open the fuel door of a Kia Sportage, and then refuel: the first thing to do to open the fuel door is to check that the doors are unlocked, and we can do this by pressing the door unlock button, both from the remote control and from inside the car. After we have made sure of this, we need to go to the fuel door and gently press on the outer side of the door, with two fingers, and this will open easily. Behind it we will find the cap, which we will need to turn counterclockwise: we will hear a hiss as the pressure inside the tank escapes. We place the cap on its support, and now we can refuel. We then put the cap back in place by turning it clockwise and close the fuel door.
