Replacing the Diesel Filter on Kia Sportage

How to replace the diesel filter on a Kia Sportage? Lift the front bonnet, locate the diesel filter (remove protective covers, and if necessary, also the battery). Unscrew the fastening screws on the container (you can also use a socket wrench) where the diesel filter is located. Disconnect the various connections leading to the diesel filter. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Finally, refit the filter into the associated diesel filter container (connect the hoses and cables) and tighten the appropriate bolts. Start the engine for a functionality test.
