First, open the bonnet and disconnect the battery terminals, first the negative and then the positive, and remove the battery as the filter is located beneath it. Next, disconnect the fuel filter connector and remove the filter.

Insert a new filter and reconnect the fuel connector. Reinsert the battery and reconnect the terminals.

Start the vehicle's engine to test the filter and battery operation.
