How to Reset the Service Light on a Kia Sorento MK3

To reset the service light on the Kia Sorento MK3, no tools are needed, just the buttons located on the right side of the steering wheel. Turn on the ignition without starting the engine and press the "mode" button. From here, navigate to "user menu" using the arrow keys. Scroll down to "service interval" and confirm by pressing "ok". Select the icon with the spanner and hold "ok" until it asks for confirmation. When asked "Reset?", press "ok" on "yes". Now you can exit the menu and the reset is complete. If the light remains on after the reset, turn off and restart the ignition to check.
