The procedure shown in the video here to reset the maintenance light can be applied to all Kia Sportage vehicles produced from 2021 onwards. As we can see, the first thing to do is to turn on the ignition and then scroll through the menu on the touchscreen display until you find the "setup" option: click on it to open the settings menu and from there select the "vehicle" option.

Now go to "Convenience" and then to "Service interval", select "Reset" and confirm with "yes". Repeat the same operation with the "oil change reminder" option and you are done.
