The steps to reset the engine oil light on a Kia Forte are really simple; the procedure is shown in this short video. First, get in the vehicle and turn the key to the first position; this will power on the instrument cluster. Then, use the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel to perform the reset. Press the first of the three buttons to access the settings menu, and then navigate through the menu using the buttons below until you select the maintenance interval option. At this point, just confirm the operation and the reset will be complete.
