If we need to replace the battery on this car and want to do it yourself, we can follow the instructions in this video and in this description. The first thing to do is open the bonnet, the battery is located on the right side of the compartment and to access it you need to remove the upper plastic casing which is fixed with screws in the front part. Once we have had access to the battery we can first disconnect the negative terminal and then the positive one. At the base of the battery there is a fixing plate which must be released by unscrewing the nut and at that point the battery can be removed from the compartment. Then take the new battery and place it in the engine compartment, fix the plate at the base again and reconnect the positive terminal and then the negative one and finally refit the upper plastic cover.
