How to Change the Key Fob Battery in a Kia Mohave Borrego

If you want to replace the battery in the remote key for this vehicle, you can find simple instructions in this description and in the tutorial video. First, extract the emergency key by releasing it from the remote by pressing the button on the side. Then, use a sharp object to pry open and detach the back cover of the remote. Underneath, you will find the battery, which you can remove with the sharp object and replace with the new one. Be careful to position it correctly according to polarity, then reattach the cover and reinsert the emergency key.
