In this tutorial we can see how to replace the engine oil in the KTM 1190 Adventure, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to be cold enough, then we position a container under the motorcycle, locate the drain hole bolt and unscrew it using a socket wrench. We then let all the oil in the system drain out, unscrew the secondary filter bolt and clean it from any dirt residue. At this point, all that remains is to open the main filter cap, insert the replacement, reassemble everything and pour in the new oil through the appropriate hole.
