Today's steps will illustrate the process of disassembling and replacing the fuel tank of the KTM Adventure 790 R motorcycle (also applicable to the Adventure 890 R). First, we put the motorcycle on the center stand and begin to remove the rider's seat and the plastic side panels of the tank, unscrewing all the fixing screws; then we unscrew the tank screws and disconnect the electrical connector found underneath and the fuel lines, as shown in the video. To reassemble the fuel tank, simply follow the opposite procedure!
