Remove the original engine air filter on a KTM 1090. Follow this guide to proceed with the replacement. Position the motorcycle on a centre stand. Remove the seat from the motorcycle; unscrew the securing screws at the front of the fuel tank and lift it. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the securing screws of the container, lift off the cap and remove the air filter. If damaged, place a new one or reposition the same filter after cleaning it (use an air compressor). Finally, close the air filter container, reposition the fuel tank, and refit the seat.
