To replace the air filter on the KTM 1090 R Adventure, loosen the bolts on the side panels located at the front of the bike, near the fuel tank. Once the side panels are loosened, you can unscrew the screws and disconnect the hoses connected to the fuel tank, completely removing it. After the tank is removed, open the filter box underneath and extract the filter inside. Once this is removed, insert a new one, reassembling all the removed parts.
